I suspect this is a good friend in my younger days in Radford, VA. The Bob Decker I knew then was in the Army and we worked together at the U.S. Army underground computing center in Radford Arsenal.
We had a group of friends from the Army, girls from Radford College, and private consultants. I was a computer systems consultant for Control Data Corporation. Some of our friends were: Brenda Osborne and Liz Rose, Ken Freeze, me (George Grubbs), and a few others whose names I can’t recall.
Bob was always ready with a quick quip and wit, and was a positive influence on everyone. My late condolences to his family and friends.
