I know this is delayed but Karen kept popping into my thoughts today so I figured that was a sign. I don’t even know how many years I knew Karen but I met her through my sister, Mary Niles. Over the decades, I would see her now and then, always upbeat, always laughing. I do know, regardless of the health struggles she and my sister had, they were always there for each other, always ready to hold each other up or lend an ear. I loved Karen like a sister because of her unwavering love for my sister. I pray they found each other in heaven, are telling bad jokes, singing off key and playing Ms Pac-Man. Karen you were definitely one of a kind!
