Gloria J. Eisbacher, 80, a lifelong resident of Scranton, died Wednesday (Jan. 6, 2021) at Allied Hospice Center, Scranton. She is the widow of Robert Eisbacher Sr.
Born in Scranton daughter of the late Joseph and Mary McGarrity Olecki, she attended Scranton Schools. She worked in various local factories and was a member of St. Paul of the Cross Church, Scranton.
She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed trips to Mohegan Sun Casino. She was very well loved and will be missed dearly.
Surviving are a daughter Cindy Eisbacher, Scranton; a sister Mona Lisa Olecki, Taylor; four granddaughters Chantale, Christy, Amanda and Erika and several great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers Joe, John and Bobby Olecki; two sons Robert Jr. and Joseph Eisbacher; and a great granddaughter Tiara Eisbacher.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Home Health Care Professionals Hospice and Allied Hospice Center for the care given and compassion shown to Gloria.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday (Jan. 15, 2021) at 9:30 am at St. Paul of the Cross Parish, 1217 Prospect Ave., Scranton, PA 18505, Rev. Scott Sterowski, pastor to officiate.
