Denise Cusate entered into rest Monday, April 18, 2022. She died peacefully in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest.
Preceding her in death, is her mother, Rosemary Piepock, Hazleton; father, Joseph Pavlick, Hazleton; brother, Joseph Pavlick Jr.; daughter, Jennifer Cusatemontz; and uncle, John Pavlick Jr.
Surviving are her son, Frank Cusate; daughter, Carol Rohol; nieces and nephews; aunt, Dorothy Pavlick; and uncle Paul Rohol.
Denise had a passion for animals; in particular she loved her dog, Buddy.
